• Isobloc is offered in a single size of 8 in x 16 in, which limits certain design possibilities specific to single-family homes;

• The installation must be carried out by a mason, and residential projects often involve many cuts, making execution less optimal;

• The concrete interior finish is one of the advantages of the Isobloc system, while the majority of residential projects prefer a gypsum finish. It is possible to add this type of finish, but it requires an additional step.
