We mainly target industrial, agricultural and commercial projects. Isobloc is also an interesting product for garages. We do some housing projects, but Isobloc is generally less suitable for residential projects.

Isobloc is available in a single 8” x 16” format, which limits design possibilities;

Since Isobloc has to be installed by a mason, house projects generally involve a lot of cutting, making the work less interesting for the mason;

One of the advantages of Isobloc is the concrete finish on the inside. Most people want a gypsum finish in their home. It’s easy to add this type of finish to Isobloc, but it requires an additional step. The residential projects we carry out are generally projects where energy efficiency is a priority.
